The sky was draped with blue and white clouds traveled across from the wind. Two silhouettes were seen walking away from the vendor of the ice cream stall. They walked hand in hand, the older silver hair boy guiding an over jubilant boy with eyes as blue as the ocean.

“Sea salt ice cream! Sea salt ice cream!” Sora said in a sing song voice, happy with the possession in his hands. Riku’s lips tugged with a small smile while continuing to lick on his ice cream.

When the seagulls soared across the sky, Sora ran towards the sea, “Riku! Look! The seagulls are so pretty in the sky!” Riku continued to follow the footsteps of Sora on the sand. Suddenly, Sora tripped from walking too fast on the beach.

The ice cream was swallowed away by the white sand, its liquid dripping away from the heat. Sora’s eyes started to fill with tears, his shoulders shaking from sobbing. Riku’s heart went down to the pits of sadness. He did not like Sora to be sad because it made him feel sad too.

Squatting down to Sora’s level; few inches difference despite their age, Riku handed his ice cream to Sora, “Here, you can have mine.”

“You sure?” He looked at Riku with a pout, hoping that it was real. Riku slowly nodded, giving him assurance by opening his small hand and carefully placing the ice cream into Sora’s hand. Riku pulled Sora up and he could see the younger boy smiling in joy.

Riku felt that his world too, lit up with Sora’s smile. They walked hand in hand again, this time with a different feeling around them.

Riku knew, he would be able to understand the meaning of the feeling when they are older. For now, he would just be happy with taking Sora’s hand into his.

anywhos~ i got nothing much to say about this picture.. XD i kinda like doodled this during my maths class... and i asked my friend "what if your friend dropped their ice cream, would you give them yours?" my friend just stared at me "what for? XD i can buy them a new one" lol.. XD she didnt understand~

riku took me really long to draw... especially his legs.. i had to bend down myself to sketch this out.. TT___TT;;; riku saves the day~~ poor sora.. i felt a little sad when i was drawing him.. T_T;;; anywhos~ enjoy~~
