Latelatelate submission. Kinda rushed the cging because my uni just started OTL
Name: Wilhelm Natcht (alias)
Age: 17
Police/Criminal: Criminal

Bio:
Brought up in a tough neighbourhood. He was often bullied when he was younger for his mismatched colored eyes.
Lives with his aunt, who creates machines. That's how his love for creating things begin.
He was physically weak when younger, so he made mini grenades (they don't hurt people, just scares them) that would give him time to make his escape.
When he was 13, he developed kleptomania. Often steals materials/tools for his creation.
Every now and then gets into trouble with the police.

- Carries a pocket knife, a screwdriver and mini grenades.
- Due to his history of running away, he's grown to be swift.
- Doesn't like his real name thus the alias.
